Coconut Cream


-2 Cans of coconut milk, chilled

-3-4 maple syrup, honey (your choice of sweetener).


-Place the cans in the fridge for a couple hours

-Open can and take only milk out (solid part)

-Place in a bowl and add sweetener

-Blend with mixer until desired consistency is reached

You can add lemon juice for lemon cream or raw cocoa powder for chocolate cream
